Pajarito Powder CTO invited to DOE Hydrogen Shot Summit Panel

ALBUQUERQUE, NEW MEXICO – Aug 30, 2021 – U.S.-based startup Pajarito Powder will be represented by CTO and President Barr Zulevi at the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) Hydrogen Shot Summit on September 1st.

The event, headlined by notable presenters, Bill Gates and plenary speakers John Kerry, US Senator Joe Manchin, and Deputy Energy Secretary David Turk, will run over the course of two days, August 31s and September 1st, to convene thousands of stakeholders to introduce the Hydroge Shot, the first of the Energy Earthshot initiatives, which aims to reduce the cost of clean hydrogen to $1 per 1 kilogram in 1 decade (“1 1 1”).

Dr. Zulevi will appear on the breakout Electrolysis panel session, on Wednesday, September 1st at 11am EDT. The panel, moderated by Nem Danilovic of Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory (LBNL), also features panelists Andrew Smeltz (DeNora), Andrew Park (Chemours), and Peter Ellis (Johnson Matthey).

Dr. Zulevi and his peers will address “Stack Component Supply Chain,” and the outlook for producing scaled-up materials, enabling wide-spread commercialization of electrolysis technologies.
