The Long Leach Convention Center in Long Beach, California will be hosting the annual convention from Nov. 7-9. The fuel cell seminar has been a staple for fuel cell industry professionals, researchers, and stakeholders to convene to see the latest developments of the industry. Attracting an international audience, the fuel cell seminar features the latest fuel cell and hydrogen products, technical and market research, policy updates, and commercialization strategies for all applications and market sectors.  

The fuel cell seminar is the foremost North American event for networking with industry representatives, current and potential customers, stakeholders and decision makers interested in the clean, reliable, resilient power potential of fuel cells. The annual convergence of ideas promotes the spread of new ideas across cities and states, fostering the leading role the United States can play for promoting a sustainable future.

A presentation will be given by Pajarito Powder’s Chief Scientist Dr. Alexey Serov on Wed, Nov 8 at 4pm in Room 102B on Highly Active and Stable Platinum Electrocatalysts Based on Engineered Carbon Supports (ECSs). Dr. Serov is a leading expert in the synthesis and characterization of new materials for clean energy technologies, such as fuel cells, electrolyzers and the synthesis of electrofuels, including PGM-free electrocatalysis for fuel cell applications. The following day, beginning at 1:20pm, Pajarito Powder’s Senior Director Business Development Webb Johnson will be giving a presentation in Room 101B titled Beyond Twitter & Demonstration Projects: An Introduction to Lean Startup Methods & Marketing Tools. Mr. Johnson was a cofounder of and the initial Managing Director of ABQid, a GAN-accredited program for accelerating startups. Webb also supported the cultivation of high tech companies during his time at NextGen and recruited for biometrics startup Lumidigm, prior to their acquisition by Assa Abloy.
