Pajarito Powder to Show a Strong Presence at North American Catalysis Society Conference

The North American Catalysis Society hosts its 25th biennial conference at the Hyatt Convention Center in Denver, Colorado from June 4th -9th. The conference is the premier scientific event in the field of catalysis research and development in 2017.

Pajarito Powder is center stage at the six-day event, as a sponsor, co-chairing two sessions at the conference, displaying papers and posters demonstrating the frontier of fuel cell and electrolyzer catalysis research, and supporting social media coverage.

Dr. Barr Zulevi, President and Chief Technology Officer at Pajarito Powder, is co-chairing two of the Catalysts for Fuel Cells sessions and commented “I’m excited and privileged to facilitate these sessions since NAM25 is the premier catalyst conference in North America and the session presentations will be excellent.” Links to the sessions co-chaired by Dr. Zulevi, as well as the research presented in each session, are found via the links below:

Sessions Co-chaired by Dr. Zulevi:

Several of Pajarito Powder’s engineers will present research at the conference. The topics presented include “Economical MOF-Based Precious-Metal Free Oxygen Reduction Reaction Catalysts, Durable Engineered Carbon Supports, and Controlled Structure Manufacturing of Porous Carbons.” Abstracts for the research presented by the Pajarito Powder team can be found on the conference website at the locations, below:

In addition to being a sponsor of NAM25, its presence on social media will be facilitated and supported by Pajarito Powder. “Social media presence is a great opportunity to expand reach to members and increase contribution toward catalysis research in North America,” commented Thomas J. Stephenson, CEO and Chairman, about Pajarito Powder’s social media support. “We’ll acknowledge sponsors, presenters, and contributors on Twitter, further promoting discussion around catalyst development.”

Please follow developments at the conference as they unfold via Twitter through @NAmCatSoc and #NAM25.
