Pajarito Powder’s Dr. Alexey Serov Among Honorees at STC.UNM Annual Innovation Awards Dinner

The fourteenth annual Innovation Awards Dinner, hosted by STC.UNM, took place Tuesday, April 4th, at the University of New Mexico. The event honored 68 faculty, staff and students who have received issued U.S. Patents, trademarks and registered copyrights within the past year.

Dr. Serov, Pajarito Powder’s Chief Scientist, was among the honorees at this year’s event. With an impressive six patents issued from 2/2016-2/2017, Dr. Serov embodies the spirit of innovation and dedication so key to the progress and development of strong scientific and technological innovation.

Dr. Serov is the primary inventor of five of the following patents:

A. Roy et al. 9,579,636 “Method for synthesis of functional ceramic materials”, February 28, 2017.

A. Serov et al. US 9,570,761 ” Non-PGM catalyst for ORR based on pyrolysed poly-complexes”, February 14, 2017.

A. Serov et al. US 9,515,323 “Cathode catalysts for fuel cells”, December 6, 2016.

A. Serov et al. US 9,502,719 “Cathode catalysts for fuel cell application derived from polymer precursors”, November 22, 2016.

A. Serov et al. US 9,425,464 “Carbendazim-based catalytic materials” August 23, 2016.

A. Serov et al. US 9,359,681 “CO2 electroreduction on metals and metal alloys prepared by a sacrificial support-based method”, June 7, (2016).
