Pajarito Powder’s first ARPA-E Summit, which took place February 27th-March 1st, in Washington, D.C., proved both productive and stimulating. During the Summit, the Pajarito team found many opportunities to collaborate with fellow ARPA-E projects leveraging the exciting new electrochemical technologies enabled by Anion-Exchange Membrane development, as well as a number of opportunities in the commercial energy and Defense sectors.
Highlights from the show included key electrochemical ARPA-E fast pitches and presentations:
Dr. David Tew – “Better Together: Fuel Cell and Heat Engine Hybrid Systems”
Dr. Paul Albertus – “IONICS: A Solid Foundation for a New Generation of Electrochemical Cells”
Dr. Grigorii Soloveichik – “Next Generation Fuel Cells: Fast, Furious, and Flexible”
The Pajarito team looks forward to executing the challenging goals of the 2nd year of their ARPA-E cooperative agreement as well as pursuing the opportunities resulting from the summit.
